And I find difficult to believe it can kill atlas or possessed scion/praetorian in one clip on platinum.

For an UR it's awfull. Even sucks in some way.

I thought this at level 2, but now it's pretty good for level 4. I honestly do think it could use maybe a 10% increase or so in damage.

PPR is better, and when you need damage right away here is Harrier.
Useless weapon.

I like the PPR, but I'm too used to reload canceling to bother adapting to a weapon that MUST do an overheat animation if I run out of shots. Sure, I can stop firing for a couple seconds with 1 ammo left, but the words "stop firing" do not sit well with my Destroyer and I.

It needs a buff. The horrible nerf to its multiplier (from 2.0 to 1.5) mutilated the gun. It should be buffed to 1.75.
