He's in Denerim, in one of the 'Back Alley' areas. It has the door you were previously unable to unlock, but now it should open a dialogue.

You have to have the Unbound quest active (find all three unfortunate adventurers in the main quest lines). He's in a Quaint Hovel in one of the "alley" areas of Denerim.

When you mouse over the door it will say 'unable to pick' or something to that effect. Don't let that deter you, you can start a conversation through the locked door.

Sorted, I know the locked door you mention... So i need the unbound quest active.... Is that the one where you collect the dismembered body parts in the deep roads, or am I thinking of summat else?

No, that's a different one. For Unbound, you have to find two adventurers corpses and take notes off their bodies (one is in the elven ruins I believe, can't recall offhand where the other is), and talk to a crazy adventurer in Tapster's in Orzammar.

It's the quest in which you collect notes from bodies of some unfortunate adventurers. One of them (or two?) are definitely in the Urn of Sacred Ashes temple.

You'll find two dead adventurers and one very scared live one. Each gives you notes/journals. One I found in the ruins before getting to Andraste's ashes, I forget where I found the other one, and the live on is in Orzammar's bar. Tapster's I think it's called.

I wouldn't mind doing this myself I'm also starting my third playthrough, it'll be the first time i use all the DLC aswell so i wanna get the most out of this one

Search dragonage.wikia.com for specific details, but the other dead body is in the "fire trap" room in the Ancient Elven (B. Forest) ruins IIRC.

I think there is two in the temple also. One in the first corridor on the left as you go in and one in the ashes room itself?
