If the franchise survives past Da3 then having a kossith, elf, or dwarf as a pc in future installments would be nice.

You don't know if they'll force your PC to be a devout Andrastian, LobselVith8. They haven't said as much. As far as the story goes, people involved in a church's hierarchy are not immune to doubt so its entirely plausible you can play your inquisitor as someone who decides/d not to believe in Andraste as the game happens.

I support having an elf option for DA4, as well. (And a dwarf, pls!)But don't make them the exclusive choice. The games will and should always have humans as a racial option since that *is* what the majority of players like to play when given the choice.

I wouldn't mind a game that splits between 2 protagonists honestly. One could be elf, the other could be another race, preferably not human.

I agree with you. I want both (though I already knew we wouldn't get race option, and being forced to be Andrastian isn't a huge issue for me, if the PC will have certain freedom and will not express automatically his faith). I'm only saying that the two are different issues, since they could give us all the race option but force us to be Andrastian or give us the freedom to express our belief and don't choose our race. One decision (race option) is due to the costs that they preffered to use for other things (Epler explained that yesterday) and the other (Andrastian) for other reason (story, they don't want us to be atheist, etc.).
By they, the Dalish mage option would be great. I'm still disappointed that we couldn't play as one in Origins.

At this point, after racial choice being white knighted against and dismissed out of hand as unimportant, I hope everyone, creators included are forced into using a dwarf as the pc for DA4.

Some dwarves just want to watch the world burn.

I think there are more chances to see an elven or Kossith only PC than a dwarf only PC, since dwarves can't be mages. The backlash would be far greater than the one about the ME3 endings.

No you don't - start up WoW - there are like 2 types of elves playable, if i am not mistaken(no high elves?), or Skyrim - there are like 5 elves types  (Dunmer, Altmer, Bosmer, Orsimer, and i think Khajit got something with elves too, oh and Bretons are products of elves raping humans - so you got half elves too!)

As far as I know the various species in ME3 MP have their head visible. It was dumb for the humans tough.

As far as I know the various species in ME3 MP have their head visible. It was dumb for the humans tough.

That's because all Krogan, Turian, Asari, Quarian (well their suits), Geth, Volus, Drell and Salarians are 100% identical in appearence with only different colour schemes. In the DA series, most characters don't look the same.
