-Drell Vanguard - Using various kinds of weapons.
-Turian Havoc - All kind of weapons as well, with a preference for the Omni-blade Harrier.
-Batarian Soldier - Talon / Hurricane combined with my favorite power, aka Ballistic Blades.

I change after every game, but I guess the ones I use most are:

- Krogan Vanguard (with Wraith)
- Human Adept (with Hurricane and Acolyte I think).
- Turian Soldier (with Hurricane and A. N. Other weapon - can't quite pick at the moment. Was originally the Indra, then tried Piranha, I'll try Paladin next, but he ends up using the Hurricane primarily anyway)
- Turian Sentinel (Overload + GPS = dead anything without armour)

I'm playing as Engineers a lot at the moment, particularly the Geth one (with Phaeston and Hurricane I think). He's awesome. Also recently got the Fury and she's pretty incredible.

Only characters I don't like are:

- Justicar (not sure why, just can't get her to work very well)
- Demolisher (dull)
- Vorcha Soldier (also can't get him to work)
- Batarian Sentinel (seems a bit useless)

I've also only recently unlocked the Slayer and Shadow and haven't tried either yet.

Right now my main character is the Drell Adept packing a Carnifex.

Batarian Soldier. He is unstoppable with inferno nades/ballistic blades combo + Piranha.

Others are:
Vorcha Sentinel. Flamer + Cluster nades + Harrier + Paladin or Talon.
Last and funniest addition - Krogan Shaman. Incendiary + Warp + Shockwave + Piranha.
Looks like i must complete Blood Pack Mastery

P.S. Sometimes Turian Ghost with Argus. After buffs constant headshots are very nice on Gold.

Destroyer with PR and Claymore or Piranha.

Melee spec

Specializes in detonating tech and biotic bursts and performing the quick stagger Falcon PAUNCH! combo. Also, enjoys netting phantoms in his spare time.

Piranha/Acolyte is usually his Platinum loadout, and I swap it up on gold.

My five most used characters are:

Male quarian infiltrator
Geth Infiltrator
Vorcha Sentinel
Krogan Sentinel
Krogan Vanguard

Those may be my top five but the one that has seen the most playtime and never gets old for me is the Male Quarian Infiltrator. I like to sneak behind enemy lines with the cloak, bombard the spawn with arc grenades and tac scan any bosses in the spawn or upper level enemy that's a threat.

Salarian Infiltrator using Widow or Black Widow is my main boy but since I unlocked Typhoon, I grew to like the N7 Destroyer as well.

nowadays play a lot of DrellAdept with a harrier, warfighter gear for ARs and grendades, plus an adrenaline boost sometimes. Only played on bronze and silver, havent tried him on Gold yet, worried about the squishiness :-/

I still haven't really got one yet. I'm still trying out the different characters in turn, really.

There have been some I like a bit more than others, but I don't think I've really stuck with one character for more than a promotion or two yet.

I don't have a main character or weapon or setup -- I like variety, otherwise I get bored. The new challenge system is right in my wheel-house, guess that's why I hang between 150 & 200 in the world.

I alternate every game between a steady selection of characters. Turian ghost, krogan sentinel, N7 destroyer, Krogan Sentinel, then one goofball random one (volus engineer, asari adept, n7 shadow, etc). After the goofballl choice, I return to the beginning of the list.

N7 Fury is by far my favorite. Managed to finish off gold waves solo with the CQC build though I prefer the non-AF build for gold.

I don't really have a main, but at the moment, the classes I play the most are Krogan Vanguard, Krogan Sentinel, Drell Vanguard, Batarian Sentinel and Turian Havoc. 
I suppose Krogan Vanguard would be the closest, since he's almost always got a place on my list.

For when I'm not soloing, the Destroyer is my go to man (Though the Geth Trooper might take his place once it comes out.).

For soloing, either of the Vorcha.

Pack Harrier with disruptor ammo for tech bursts. Cryo/Incinerate combos. Flamethrower turret in choke points with the occasional incendiary explosion. Lethal.

2 - N7 Fury

Set Annihilation Field, run into a group of enemies & spam throw for more combos than you could dream of. GPSMG for shielded enemies resistant to your charms. Biotic kung-fu with high damage resistance boost for tight spots.

3 - Asari Adept

Not an original build but i've been playing her this way from the early days when most people were still using stasis as a source. Biotic combos at range against anything - even shielded or armoured enemies - what's not to love. Thought about not bothering carrying a weapon a few times but bottled out.

Gear - Stronghold, eventually consumables to make him even better.
The most awesome build I can imagine. Also I suppose today's Geth Trooper with Typhoon (another great weapon I hope I'll get) will be magnificent.
