I used to use only the Claymore, but sometimes you need a weapon for long distances, and the Javelin is the one that makes more damage. I hardly use it though, most of the maps allow me to close the distance safely.Alath01 wrote...

Sadly enough I'm still trying to find my "main" character.
At the moment I swap between Geth Infiltrator, Drell Adept, Asari Adept and Quarian Male Engineer.
Trying to learn the Drell Vanguard and N7 Slayer at the moment to make them viable in gold.

If I have the benefit of knowing the enemy:
Cerberus - Shadow, speced for max shadow strike
Geth - If I have to play those cheating #$@%@, I use my FQI and sabotage all the things
Reapers - Either the Claymore GI, QFE, Destroyer with PPR, Demolisher with Harrier
Collectors - Destroyer with PPR, QFE
If I am playing UUG then my safest bets are QFE, Destroyer with PPR, Claymore GI
If I am on a team with adepts I will use Justicar, or Scorpion Fury

It is working for me on gold just fine. I even soloed against geth, the famous stunlock army. I am sure i will perform just as well on platinum as on gold. The trick is hit-and-run, knowing where and when to strike.

Havoc Strike: Damage and force, Melee buff
Stims: Shields (im thinking about changing it to damage), Duration (i am thinking about changing it to capacity), shields and melee buff
Armiger Legion: Weapon damage, headshot damage, weapon damage
Fitness: Melee, Martial Artist, Melee with weapon damage buff
Cryo blast: the first 6 points
You can choose whatever weapons you want, but i recommend the argus with a omni blade. Its short range role fits so well with the turian havoc, or maybe it is just me. Having a secondary weapon that can have a melee mod is also very good, so you wont have to switch all the time whenever you need the other weapon. Melee is what this guy is good at, but i should not be the main focus. He is also awesome at range, especially when you have killed something with a power melee. GL & HF

QFE, even before sentry turret buff. Now that the turret is relatively powerful and the CF/incinerate combo is fixed, it feels quite effective against any enemy.
Turian ghost is great too. I accidentally soloed my first silver match with it.

My favourite is still the N7 Fury.
Powers: 6/6/6/5/3
Pistol: Acolyte with Ultralight Pistol Materials, Pistol High-Caliber Barrel
SMG: Hurricane with SMG Ultralight Materials, SMG High-Velocity Barrel
Pretty awesome with Incendiary Rounds since u can trigger 2 explosions with Throw.
On bosses: Dark Channel --> Shoot --> Throw (fire explosion) --> Throw (biotic explosion) --> Repeat
