I'm trying to strike up a romance between my main character (mage) and his loyal pooch.  I've tried fawning over the dog in camp, and the dog seems game, but my mage seems reluctant to take the plunge.  Has anyone had success with this or is it impossible to consummate the union because the developers approached the game with an outdated perception of romance?  All help appreciated.

I somehow don't think Bioware has put beastiality into the game. Although my PC and Morrigan did have some hawt bear sex when they were shapeshifted (because of party formation and the size of the bear shape my PC's head accidentally ended up quite deep in Morrigans' behind at some point xD).

Have you tried getting the dog drunk? I gave the dog several beers at camp (as gifts) and BAM! the dog was ready for me.
