If the buttons did what they were supposed to do and didn’t do what they are not supposed to do, I could overlook the overpowered enemies.
1. When I press up, down, left, or right on the D-pad, it is usually because I am in a tight spot and am in need of either a missile launcher to clear an area or target, thermal clips to replace my grenades to clear an area or target, medigel to save the wave (after an onslaught of cursing), or an Ops pack to prevent the Phantom’s beam from killing me while I take cover. I should never have to continuously press the D-pad and have nothing happen! You’ve already given the Collectors God like abilities, why take away my defenses as well by making my controller inoperable.
2. When I press the A button, it is usually to run, but I find myself scratching my back against walls. I also use the A button to revive a team mate and disable or activate a device. I should not have to stand over my dying partner and continuously press the A button to try and revive him. What’s going on? Why isn’t it working? (On a side note, while I am going to save my downed partner, I noticed when Mr. Stomper approaches him, he becomes God like and refuses to stagger after a Carnage, or any other ammunition and powers that would otherwise kill us. Is this another built in advantage you have given to the enemy?
3. When I go to switch my weapon, I’m attempting to adjust my game play for close combat. I’m not looking to use a missile launcher on a couple of cannibals. I thought pressing up on the D-pad was the missile launcher selector, not X.
Since I know no one from Bioware will read this, I suppose I’m just adding on to the list of topics that have been created on your website.

I forgot one...
When I do press A to go into cover, it is usually because the Atas is magically shooting me and taking away all of my shields and life. Why must I stand there and take its abuse while I am mashing A to get into cover. I press A, my soldier goes into cover jumps out of cover... press A, he goes into cover jumps out of cover. It's as if he's saying, no, take this punishment like a man. Use an Ops pack that won't work, use your last medigel so I can stand here like an idiot and let the Atlas kill you.
