If Vengeance ever meets my pc in a future title it'll have to change it's name to Emasculated afterward.

It wouldn't have the chance to change its name in my playthrough, since it'll be pretty dead the moment I spot it.

Half the playthroughs would have killed him so there's no point spending the time and resources adding him in just for those that didn't. I'd rather they spent the effort on making other areas better.

Uhhh.....just like everyone made Alisatir king and the OGB exists....ok.

But I think the only way he'll be dead in DA3 is if you actually knife him, even if he suggests he'll commit suicide

It would be the "easiest" way to ignore a friend/rivarly difference in how he views what he has done. Doesn't make it right, but it is easy.

You won't get him back, because the developers know we all liked him in Awakening. Except for the people who killed him or gave him back to the Templars. 

I didn't completely despise him in DA2, I actually liked him enough, until Act 3. I'm sure I'm a minority. 
At least Anders recognized every once in a while he's wrong . FENRIS. NEVER. DID. EVER.

If he returns, I need to exorcise him. I do not want to see a mopey I-want-to-die Anders. I want to wring Justice's ethereal neck and get back solo Anders. And exact vengeance on whoever took Ser Pounce-a-Lot from him.

Fenris at least didn't try to bring his plight into every damn conversation. I fondly remember Isabela telling him to brood and smoulder at the same time and saying "Shhhhhhh. Don't bring logic into this."

I don't get why they even used Anders at all in the first place. If you're going to retcon an entire persionality, why reuse the character in the first place? Just make a new one...

Like.....This isn't Anders. Nothing of this character resembles Anders at all...

I heard from a mod that if you killed Anders he is DEAD. He is not coming back. I kinda hope that's the case because I don't want another reincarnation. I never killed Anders myself, but it wouldn't make sense to me to bend the rules twice (since Anders can die in Awakening.) But, you know. This is BioWare, they'll bend their rules as much as they want. So long as there is a strong story as to WHY Anders survived a knife in the back, I may be able to let it go.

But if it's just Vengeance taking control of Anders's body, Maker help me I will torch that son of a ****.

That would be interesting if Anders lives. If you killed him in DA2, Vengeance would have "died" right along with him - or so the lore has lead me to believe.

I couldn't flame him in Awakening because he was a good spirit. Now that he is a demon, I have no problem with it. XD

No more Anders (or anyone else I killed) and I'd rather not have Justice/Vengeance back because I fear that he'll just have jumped into another body and its just like "enough already, writers." If he possessed Merrill and makes her all Dalish Glory crazy or something (just an example) that's a serious deal breaker for me.

I let him live about 1/2 the time. Just depends if I think I need a healer or not- that being said of Merill was a healer I'd probably kill him all the time. Though I don't mind letting him live when I've got him as a rival since he does admit that he can't stop Vengance.

I liked Anders too in DA2. I actually didnt have a problme with him at all. Even in my pro templar playthroughs i romanced him. Im hoping he will appear in DAI, although im pretty sure he probably wont.
