I'm about to enter Jerro's Heaven, and I'm unable to activate the construct...
I got all of the three reagents, but when I talk to Grobnar he answers "it needs some more work".

I tried talking with him with the reagents in HIS inventory... nothing.
I tried talking with him with the reagents in MY inventory, and most of the time the iron piece and the tome (but not the vial) disappear (could not find them in neither my nor Grobnar's inventory).

I tryed fixing it, as suggested in a old post, editing global.xml and setting 31_nConstructParts to 3, but I haven't such entry.

Any other suggestion?

UPDATE:
examining the xml I found I miss the entry 24_bFoundIronpiece, but adding it didn't solve anything

Did you try following this guide?  It mentioned something about Sand and Deekin.
