I'd actually say Bendis is the better writer. I liked his Daredevil and Ultimate Spider-Man (the first 100 issues anyway). I can't think of anything of Loeb's I've liked. And his Marvel work has been completely dreadful. His name on a comic is now a sure-fire way to ensure I will not pick up that comic.

I couldn't really get in to Ultimate Spider-Man, I disliked Bendis' writing, and didn't like how they did Green Goblin or Venom. I really can't like any Daredevil besides Mark Waid's, that book has just been too damn good.

Loeb's DC is much better than his Marvel stuff.

Huh, Ultimate Spider-man is pretty good. Well, compare to the 616 runs lately anyway.

I've actually liked Dan Slott's run, even though Humberto Ramos' art sometimes puts me off.

I've actually liked Dan Slott's run, even though Humberto Ramos' art sometimes puts me off.

Experience wise, I've only read the original and I liked it. Other people say Miles Morales run is good but I've not read it so I have no idea.

Oh and people hoping for Marvel and DC death. I know you're not serious or anything but really both companies just earned a huge amount of profit by releasing two of the biggest movies (Avengers and TDKR)  this year so I doubt they're dying anytime soon.

Miles Morales is surprisingly good. If Superior Spider-Man goes south, I'm willing to bet that Ultimate will be better than 616.

Judging by your name, I assume you're a Batman fan. Out of the current 5 monthly books, which is the best read?
