I have purchased Genesis DLC from here with 360 BW points. I followed the Installation steps and it was supposed to be completed.
I still dont have the DLC avaialble to me and searched for it for hours.
If it is broken, I ant my money back please.

And what does that have to do with the business of this forum? Nothing. Contact EA for anything to do with refunds, not us in here.
