If anybody interested this is how:
* YOU MUST DO LELIANA's QUEST.
*DON'T get hight rating before getting the quest, you won't be able to get it, you will only be able to kiss her.
*YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE 100 to kiss her, though I don't know what about sleeping with her, I had 100 when I did. If you kiss her but then don't have the possibility to take her to bed (try going on map and back to camp just in case), I think it means you didn't do the quest and you'r screwed :} (I don't know about lowering the rating, if then the bed option will be still open of you'll get the quest option, or even the quest option itself.)
*NOTICE that I wasn't in relashionship with Morrigan at this time, only maybe about 60 rating, did not try while being. Don't know what about Zervan, I didn't have anything with him at this time I think. Did not try while having.
THIS IS HOW TO GET THE QUEST:
Open one of your saves where you have about 58 rating with her (that is what I had) (save this save in case lol), start talking to her in camp, and you should have something about "minstrels and spies in Orlais". If you don't have, you should get it after this conversation:
you: "What would someone like you be doing in Lothering's chantry?"
Leliana: "What is meant by "someone like me?""
you: "You know, a beautiful charming woman like yourself."
Leliana: "And there are no beautiful, charming women in the cloisters, you think? Oh, you would be wrong."
Leliana: "There were many lovely young initiates in the Lothering cloister--all of them chaste and virtuous. Ah, it added to their mystique."
Leliana: "Because then... then they were forbidden, and forbidden fruit is the sweeter, no?"
you: "Those initiates can't have been more lovely than you."

After you got the quest, go to Denerim (the big city right?) and make the quest. After this, I don't know if you should talk to her in camp again before making high rating (I read 100 in some places) with her, I guess it can't really ruin it unless maybe you'r a jerk to her.
Well play and make high (or even 100 as I said) rating with her, then talk to her, and at some point she should start talking with you about the calm night. Follow this (thanks to http://dragonage.wikia.com again):
Leliana: "I enjoy the nights at camp, the night always seem more peaceful to me. Safer."
Warden: "I know what you mean."
[/b]Leliana: "I feel the night grants (...) lurk in the shadows."
Warden: "It is not silly to seek moments to lay down your burdens."
[/b]Leliana: "I enjoy those nights (...) out for me."
Warden: "You never have to feel afraid with me."
[/b]Leliana: "What I am trying (...) girl. Some bard I am..."
Warden: "You're cute when you're embarrassed."
[/b]Leliana: "I'm not embarrassed! I'm just... flushed because.. of the... heat."
Warden: "I've always wanted us to be more than just friends."
[/b]Leliana: "Really? N-no one (...) how very awkward..."
Warden: "You still like me right?"
[/b]Leliana: "Oh, chivalry (...) guts like that..."
Leliana: "Oh, why am (...) spilling my guts.
Warden: (Kiss Leliana.)

*(...) mean a long part I left out.
Well this is where you romanced Leliana after making her quest. At your next conversation with her you should just have something like "Come to bed", so follow the conversation wisely
*Don't forget to save at key points so that you won't have to do it all from the tops because of a mistake.
*When you feel like you should give Leliana time to think or something like that (it needs to be done at some points as you saw in the video) don't hesitate to leave for the map and come back to camp.
