I'd like to see something other then a generic robe for mages.

 Those female outfits are very impractical, and clearly designed to be flattering and sexy rather than logical and realistic. They're stupid and moderately offensive. If that's the route you want to take, why not go all the way and go into battle like this:

Mages go into battle with robes on. They might as well be wearing bikinis. A cloth robe is not going to offer you any protection against and steel tipped arrow or heaven forbid a battleaxe. I think if anyone is allowed to have impractical armor, it is mages.

Also, as mentioned in this thread, rogues encompass more than one idea.  A rogue can be the swashbuckler who fights straight up with quickness and finesse.  A rogue can also be a stealthy chap/ess who stikes from the shadows and is never even seen.  A rogue can also be a master of disguise who uses deception and seduction rather than fighting outright in the first place.  There really is no way to say "This is how rogue armor should look."
