basically, I keep loosing the options to be able to use my powers or weapons even when I should be able, its like both powers and weapons short out, Im only able to use them once an enemy uses a power attack on me, it happens quite often almost every multiplayer game I play.

If it's the same bug i know, a heavy melee should solve it.

thats the thing, Its impossible to use any kind of attack unless I get hit by a power attack

I've been having same problem. Mostly with RB power. Heavy melee does usually work for the gun short. Have yet to have it as bad as you though, where I need to get hit.

did you have a volus with you? it appears that shield boost is bugged and will occasionally cause this bug, just heavy melee, or go down to fix it.
