A vanguard with heavy weapons and without biotic charge is just plain stupid. It's like an infiltrator without tactical cloak. If you wanna use heavy weapons why not just use a character that doesn't need cool downs. I can understand a drell with a claymore and such but a slayer needs to recharge shields for phase disruptor -.-
