 Basically, what the title says. A few examples are:

-Squad Elite says 2/8 even though I have 3 at 100%.

-Combat Mastery says 8/12 even though I have 9 at 100% (I have previously completed this challenge section & the challenges that weren't at 100% (ie, level 1 melee was at 100%, but level 2 & 3 weren't) never reset, so now I don't have enough challenges left to complete Combat Mastery again)

Is this a known issue or what's the deal here?
