What's up with this. I killed all the darkspawn in town and got  a key to the castle through a secret entry and found the blacksmiths daughter.  Now when i click the map to go to the castle I end up inside the locked gate with guys I'm supposed to be rescuing.  The lever to open the gate is on the other side but I can't get to it.  Is there a glitch in the game because I did everything right?

After rescuing the daughter, you are supposed to go through the basement cellar, which leads to the side entrance of the Courtyard (where more undead are waiting). You can then use the lever to open the gates, enter the main entrance of the castle, and talk to Bann Teagan/Connor/Isolde.

I didn't find the basement cellar. I'll go back and look for it again. Thanks for the help too!

the secret entrance is in the mill, not through the castle gate. as far as i know the castle gate won't open before you secured the castle square and you are not supposed to accompany npc's through the gate itself. though when you are saying you end up INSIDE the locked gate there might be a bug at work.

OK, I found the cellar and have entered the castle and now face the demonized little boy. Thanks for all the help mates.
