Friend's List is working. Cloud syncing still is not, unfortunately.

Edit: If you go into your Origin settings, scroll down, turn off the enable for cloud syncing, you can enter the game. If you use it, just dont forget to turn it back on later some time when this is over.

Steam and Good Customer Support?  Every time I use there customer support I have to wait a week for an E-mail back telling me to do everything I told them I did in the original E-mail I sent them.

maybe but there forums get answers within hours, if your emailign them about a problem instead of posting it in there support forum thats why its takign you a week to get an answer, oh that and steam started off as pants in 03/04 but over the last 9 years has grown to be a world class product, as opposed ot origin which started 2 years ago and is still just as crap as the day it first got released, it doesnt work 90% of its features require you to not playing a game in order to work, did i mention its just crap, oh and of course it falls over every few hours causing your game to suddely stop working .....

steam at least is consistent, the odd game will have a problem now and again but 99% of things will just work, even that 1% is generally patched ot work wihtin a few days, and some form of workaround will of been released wihtin a few hours of the problem surrfacing, ea cant even get there servers to let you post a problem never mind get there crap working....

At least they ansewered and sent an email back to you.

Lol of course. Origin doesn't work for the game I want to play, and friends list won't work, but it'll still urge me to pre-order Medal of Honor Warfighter.

Worst digital distribution software ever. An absolutely pathetic attempt at mimicking Steam and its success.

Okay, I did the dishes, made dinner, ate dinner while checking out my webcomics and browsing the forum. Patience is running out..

Origin doesn't exit correctly, have to go to the task manager under processes and end process tree and start mass effect 3 from desktop shortcut, origin only loads up to five percent then gives me the message "error syncing cloud data" and gives me the choice to start game anyway, and the game starts up but without the friends list.

I'm able to go online now, barely anyone is there though, but it works for me now

What patience? I want to be able to play a game I paid for. Also, it seems as if one faulty server brought everything down. Maybe they need better IT people?

I can understand the relationship between BioWare and EA. I can understand why would one use Origin, so forgive if I'm being a jerk here but... The amount of negative feedback related to Origin is unbelievable. Not a single person likes it. Please consider not using this cancer in your next game.
