So after witnessing Origin crash and burn again today, I've decided to bring this up again.
BW, for the love of all that is good, release DA3 to Steam or drop the Origin requirment.
The last thing I want to do is fight with a terrible third party service just so I can play a SP game.
And if you need a third party service, use that one that has been prven to actually work.
Steam Support Or No Origin Requirment.

You mean like Orange Box being on origin, or Portal 2?
You're not buying the digital versions of the game via Origin. I don't know for sure regarding Orange Box, but EA was the retail distributor for boxed copies of Portal 2.
Or like windows and google releasing products on iphones?
This isn't the same. The iPhone is literally a different piece of hardware (with a huge install base to boot).
