I have tried 4 times to register my copy of DAO for 360, it states to enter the numbers from the proof of purchase on the back of the case with no spaces, I do so, and it tells me that it is invalid.  can someone help me with this?

NOTE: please delete this as I am an idot who forgot the small outer numbers on the POP
