"I am *extremely disappointed with an issue I experienced with your game
- and, from reading through forums, I can see I'm not the only one.
Like many, I went to a relative's for Christmas. I received Dragon Age
as a gift and spent a lot of time creating a character and getting into
the game. When I went to back up my save to a USB stick and bring it
home to my own PS3 to continue, I was informed that save file was
locked! Apparently having something to do with trophies?? I fully
understand a company's right to protect their own intellectual property
by protecting a game from being copied etc., however this is going *way
too far. It is MY saved data and MY time you have stolen. If I want to
start it at someone's house and continue it at my own, it is MY
business. If I want to play the game at a friend's house and show them
the game, it is MY business. As long as I have a legitimately-purchased
copy of the game - why on *earth are you infringing on my rights to
play it where I choose? I strongly urge to release a patch of some sort
to fix this issue *immediately* as other game companies have done and,
in the future, keep your hands off of users' data and how they choose
to use it. This issue mars an otherwise fantastic game and I truly hope
you fix it."

To which I received the useless reply: "Post it on the forums. The developers read it". Well we'll see. I think it's absolutely outrageous that this is allowed to continue. Not only are they infringing on our rights to play the game that we purchased how and where we see fit, they make it nearly impossible to actually contact them about it and hide behind forums so that we have to *hope they are reading it? What kind of customer service is this?? Companies will continue to act this way as long you buy their games and and don't complain like good little sheep. Reward companies like Capcom that have released a patch for Resident Evil for the *same issue and punish companies like Bioware and EA if they ignore you.
