Other than the new stuff I'm only missing the Indra, Talon and the Drell Vanguard. And I don't give a diseased rat's rear end for the Drell.

The N7 Valiant.
I remember opening my very first Commendation Pack (Operation Goliath, the very first one). I got an N7 Hurricane. "Awesome!", I thought, "a really awesome SMG! And I love SMGs!" Then I took it out for a spin. "Holy crap, it kicks like a wild horse!!!" I put the gun away for so long, funnily enough. I walked over to see what my brother got, and it was the N7 Valiant. "How convenient, my brother loves sniping." But then I saw him use it. He was popping mother****ers like it was nothing! Bam! Bam! Bam! Three down. Reload. Repeat. It was crazy. I wanted one so bad, but to this day I still don't have one.
Only recently did I find a sniper rifle that I could actually fall in love with: The Collector Sniper Rifle.

I have none of my URs higher than V, but I've got everything unlocked except the new Collector SMG. It took me forever though to get the Black Widow, the SR I really wanted to have from the beginning, until I got the Valiant that is.

I'm missing a hell of a lot more than "one thing," but the absence I feel most strongly is the Phoenix Adept, especially now that Singularity has been buffed.

First thing and last thing I particularly want. Instead of the Particle Gun, the game gives me two Collector Sniper Rifles and a maxed Geth Inflitrator just to taunt me.
