Mod Community is very important for games. Blizz has made it possible for modders to SC2 to earn cash by selling mods for a small fee..
Is it also possible/legal for DA modders?
Sell your mods - is it ok?

I doubt it's legal to do so; when you make a mod, you are using Bioware's tools, assets, and game to create and play the mod. If you sell it, you are selling your work, yes, but you are also re-selling Bioware's assets, which is likely considered illegal. Asking for donations is usually okay from what I've seen with other games, as long as you don't force players to pay a fee to download the mod.

No you cannot sell your mods.

IT IS ILLEGAL because even though yourself created a mod you are still using BIOWARE's game data. The copyright and other things prevents the illegal distributions of any of the contents.

Allright, thats all I needed to know
Well yeah I know you are using biowares data and all. But Blizzard will be doing something similar, with their community modding. You will be able to earn cash there

Hmm, doesnt matter anymore for me though.. Tried to install the program and all, but got the database error.. And even though I am familiar with computer, the helping stuff actually scared me away because it was so dificult...
Isnt there a easy way to get this program to start up without problems?

OFF-TOPIC:
A decent rating/comment system should be able to filter out the crap.
ON-TOPIC:
Yeah, the only way people will make money off of mods is if Bioware contracts them to make it.

If you make great modules, you will get a reputation. Yes they will be free. But the publicity will be great. Quick buck, no. New career possiblities, maybe. Game developers do play video games. If you love what you do, the quality will be there, and you will get noticed. Possibly a job offer, and then go from there.

Not currently but it is something BioWare have stated they are willing to look at in Year 2 if the quality is there and if, and only if, the community wants it. If you want the details check out Fernando Melo's interview on Gamespy following the Builders Event.Mike_JezZ wrote...

Builders will find useful information about both commercial and distribution issues in the EULAs for the game itself and the toolset (see also the social site Terms of Service). We can just relax and have fun as long as we play by the rules.
