I ' have the dreaded "Unable to Authorize the Listed DLC. Please log in to the Alliance Network with the account used to purchase the DLC. ME3: Content Patch DLC Module. Multiplayer Expansion Pack 4." error when Multiplayer DLC is checked.
This error started when Retaliation DLC was installed on my ME3 standard. I tried everything including, uninstalling and reinstalling ME3. Patching and updating both ME3 and the DLC. I reinstalled Origin and registered it (C;\\...\\ Origin register from the CMD prompt). Enabled UPnP on my firewall, Disable UPnP on the firewall, replaced the Firewall...
for the rest check www.ea.com EA case # 05877256
BTW EA support could be better, Its been a week and nobody has contacted me using any of the methods available. Phone, e-mail or chat
Today I purchased ' ME3 N7 Digital Deluxe Edition figuring that it was preauthorized for all DLC. Unfortunately as soon as it installed it DL all of the DLC I was entitled to from ME3 Standard and I have the same issue.
Is there a way to log the session. I'm thinking that the issue is authentication related

Can you connect to the servers? Do you receive the "mass effect 3 servers are currently unavailable" message?
Your problem sounds like a connection issue, because DLCs can't be authenticated if you can't connect to the servers (unless I'm missing something). And if that's the case, I'm afraid that I can't be of help since many of us are still having troubles connecting to the servers; with no explanation as to why it happens and no idea how it can be fixed.

I connect to the EA servers just fine, this issue comes up only when the MP DLC is being authorized.
This issue is resolved.
I worked with EA and completely removed ME3 and Origin. I then upgraded to N7 Collectors Edition ME3 and installed it on the exact same computer. Upon Initial Launch the DLC indicated that it was corrupt and I reinstalled all DLC including retaliation.
Working fine now

Did you try the "repair install" option in origin?
