ME3 insanity is, by far, the easiest Insanity in the series.

It relies on intelligent AI over grossly inflated stats, numbers, and immunity.
That makes it easier once you know the AI. (Grissom Academy is a great setup of how smart AI can work well, though - even without Phantoms and Dragoons, Cerberus present quite a challenge)

Lvl 60?? That completely redefines the meaning of "insanity" here. I prefer starting at lvl1 and it's still too easy :P

The SP game was never very hard even on insanity, and it's even easier when you start with a high level character. Try starting with a level 1 character and crap weapons for a better challenge, but still prepare to be underwhelmed. The SP campaign is a story based RPG, not a FPS, it's not supposed to be so hard you have to play every section 20 times to learn where every enemy and every cover is.

Well, the game is balanced around you starting at level 30, so...

It should be.
Narrative difficulty is for people who are crap at Third-Person Cover Shooters, but like Sci-Fi and/or RPGs.

I noticed this, I can pretty much headshot anything in the game with any weapon now. Amazing what practicing without time dilation will do...though I dont play infiltrators anymore because I am worried it will screw up my aim for MP.
