What the hell, Bioware?
How difficult is to ask your database for everybody who got the achievement but did not get a commendation pack?
Need help with your SQL there? It's three lines of perl code. Srsly, what the hell.

Dude, the commendation pack is awarded as soon as you complete the squad challenge now. It appears in the challenges menu. I had to do it twice because the first time I got the gold medal for melee kills it didn't register. Perhaps it had something to do with using the Krogan Shaman as the second time around I used the Krogan Soldier and a message popped up at the end of the match stating that I had completed the challenge.

no it was a problem you had ot use the comendation pack help button on the top of the forum if you were one of the thousands of unlucky people that did the quest (and it registered) in the first hour of the op starting.
after that time bw fixed the issue and its in the main mp thread and has had hundreds of replies, indeed there was more than 30 threads about it the other day ....

Ah. That makes sense. Thought it was because I used the new character but I had gotten the fifty kills not long after the operation had started.

I did it a bit after maybe two hours in, got the medal no pack so did it once more no pack so I thought they give them out at the end of the challenge so I was time waste thanks Bio-ware.

wonder if I did it properly all I know is that on Gold level I used My krogan characters and we finished and rescued the squad from failure a few times , and I used all 3 krogans I have and finished at gold level.
