Why i don't have the Battlefield3 character?

On ps3 i have battlefield 3 and mass effect 3 and i use the same origin account but i still don't get the BF3 character in multiplayer.

The Battlefield 3 solider is now a rare character card. That is most likely the reason you are not getting him. Before BioWare was using the character as a promotion.

I think people who bought Battlefield/Mass3 got the promo Battlefield character......everyone except for PS3 gamers......don't know why PS3 users got excluded??.
