I found the Merchant League building is locked and Aldeth Sashenstar is not there, even though I sided with him vs. the druids. Investigating save games revealed that I did not talk to him after the fight -- I just left. I tried returning to Cloakwood from my current point in Baldur's Gate, but he just tells me to go away -- it looks like I missed the opportunity when I left the map many saves back.
I am wondering if there's a way to fix this in Sword Coast Keeper or some other utility?

The relevant Global Variables after killing Seniyad but before talking to Aldeth are;
HELPALDETH=1
KILLEDDRUIDS=4
SENIYADSPELLS=1
SPRITEISDEADDRUID3=3
SPRITEISDEADSENIYAD=1
TALKEDTOALDETH=1
& after speaking to him there should be one extra variable.
ALDETHMOVE=1
Checked in Shadowkeeper from a new character moving straight to this quest, makes it a lot easier to see which variables are set.
Edit, & he checks your reputation/charisma from memory so if reputation has dropped or you've had a low charisma party member leading when you talk that could be a cause.
