Starting Friday at 7pm I'm not putting the controller down until I get this title badge. 

It is going to be a Krogan Sentinal "MWAAA HAA HAA"-fest. 

How long do you think it should take me if I am currently 4% complete with this one task?

I'm nearly done mine and I started before they changed it so you needed all 12 challenges. Might want to look up that thread that showed how to get a lot of grabs.

The Combat Mastery challenge. I'm about 500 headshots and a few headbutts away from getting it myself. If you use the grab spam technique that someone else mentioned it shouldn't take you too long.

that and biotic god. Both only require 50,000 thousand for each power. Too low IMO. Too easy

It will take you more than a weekend I bet. You have to headshot 1000 enemies, grab 250, melee 1,000,000 experience points worth, and grenade a little.

I only have 500,000 melee points left, then that banner is mine. Man those melee points take forever.

Its the melee that will take you the longest. Im glad i got mine when you only needed 9 of the 12.

It takes freaking forever for the melee to stack up

I used vorcha, batarians and krogan and am now sick of all of them.

Took me about 30 matches to get the melee

Dog of War is not red with a bunch of skulls on it. It is a Krogan standing on a pile of dead bodies holding up his Striker, in the presence of the entire Krogan Horde. It. Is. Glorious. It can also be seen in my manifest thingy for a couple more days, at which point I will have my Bloodpack Mastery complete and will display Monster with pride.

I am planning to solo silver over and over again. pass or fail, I don't really care. I just need to have all the kills be mine to keep rage mode active the entire match. 1 mil is going to be tough. If I take extra nades gear, I should have that maxed out pretty fast. the grabs shouldn't be too hard with the spam trick either.

I was close to 9 last week but I had to work, boom they put it up to 12 and trolled me. It was annoying but it feels better this way.

I used the Turian Havoc melee build since the AoE heavy melee from cloak can hit multiple targets at a time and is a quicker animation than batarians and krogans. Just solo some silver rounds with him with all your melee mods/gear/amps.

Not sure how much you use Krogans but put RAGE as health/martial artist/pure rage and use strength enhancer 2 with any kind of weapon melee booster on Silver. Once you get into Rage mode, a single headbut will kill any trooper sized enemy, shielded or not. Still require heavy for Pyros if you play against Geth but a single heavy will wipe out the Pyro.

Grabs are fairly easy to get when you solo on maps like Giant and White. The million points you need in melee will take forever and ever and ever and ever...

Good thing I got this banner under the old conditions.

@ Jack Crapper: yeah I see a lot of people farming the grabs and they can do that if they wish. I just think it would feel empty to farm for that kind of thing. Then again, I normally play melee characters and jump on any grab opportunities I see so they were easy for me to get. But for people who play more mid to long range I can see it being frustrating.

Glad i got it before they changed the conditions. I only did melee 1 and headshots 2. Those 2 take the longest to get to 3 while the grabs (do dagger/silver/reapers at the ammo box) and grenades (infernos) are really easy

1000000 pts takes a while to get. Don't think Grabs actually count for this, and Shadow Strike doesn't. So it is straight up melee.

If you grandfathered in Dog of War before they changed the requirements, that is a different story.
