Well, Bioware's art department could presumably come up with a few options.

The super-deluxe feature would be to include a Coat of Arms generator, with a bunch of heraldic devices  and options for quartering and all that jazz.  But I don't want to push my luck.

Maybe have a noble background where you start out with one too.
