I, like many others, was unable to get the DLC bundle, but I think I just figured out how. Go to "My Games -> Dragon Age II -> Achievements" and (I dunno if it makes a difference if you stay on that page or not, I did) go to the dlc bundle page ( http://social.biowar...da2/dlc_bundle/ ) to get your items.
