Really not sure where to put this and thought this was as good a place as any. Is there any way to import my femshep portrait from my ps3 to here so I can use it as my profile pic? I can do it with my DA games but not ME. Am I just missing something or is it just not possible?

It's not possible. Closest thing you can do is take a pic of her and set it as your avatar.

Cool, where is the option to use your own pic as your avatar? I only ever get the option of using one of the ones on the site

There isn't an official one. If you have the Dragon Age Character Creator, use this guide to upload a custom avatar:
