Hey. I got my copy of the Collectors Edition last Saturday, and I redeemed my N7 Collectors Edition pack and I registered my game on here. However when I try to get my soundtrack it says I don't own the Collectors Edition.
I emailed EA support and it said they'd reply within 24 hours but it has been 4 days now.
