When I go to sync profile it says I have no dragon age origins data uploaded.
But I am always logged in on the same account while playing the game.
How can I fix it?

I have the same problem. "Profile not found." Even though I've created a couple different characters and done manual saves in Dragon Age (Ultimate Ed./Steam version). I am "always logged in" when I start up the game (with this same account info).

The real, official account help is on the EA Help pages.

help.ea.com/

There is ZERO aid that any of your fellow gamers can give in curing your account problem, and very little that Jeff or Jesse can do about it, either.

EA is apparently terrible at helping too.  I've done two livechats with two different reps and they both couldn't ultimately do anything (even though the first guy stated it was fixed).

In fact, the second guy said he was going to "escalate this issue" and get their "expert team" to talk to me via email right before suddenly having "connection issues" on their end and the chat dying (and I have yet to hear from this fabled expert team as well).

Needless to say, I am impressed

Same problem. I've been playing this for the past few weeks - always logged in with the same account -, so there is no excuse for the "first come, first serve" sync system. It's ridiculous.

This procedures are incredibly annoying for the consumers.
EA/Bioware should really consider a new system to store the data, or redesign the way that data is given to the players.

So, just to sort of track this issue and my experience with it: EA has stated a couple times in emails to me (and from reps in livechat) that this issue has been "escalated" and I'm supposed to hear from their "expert team".  I still haven't heard from anyone.

All that's happened so far is EA customer support has emailed me (with what look like automated/preformatted letters) containing links to FAQs which might relate to my problem.  The FAQs haven't helped or really addressed the problem.

What's funny is, the first couple emails said something like: "We notice your case is still open and we haven't heard from you in a while!", so now I'm posting short notes stating things like "still unresolved; no contact from expert team" for fear of EA deciding to close the case because of  "inactivity" or some such nonsense.  Not that I was told to do anything other than sit and wait and watch my email because that expert team was coming for me.  This is like a month old problem at this point.

Joy.

For those of you having problems, did you play Dragon Age 2 before playing Origins?

Briefly. But why should that matter? Can the issue be fixed?

I have contacted them around 3 times now and they just keep 'escalting it' and say they will contact me via email. But it's been weeks now and nothing...

Can you send me an PM? I think I know the cause of your issue but it involves changing some things on your account and that is best done privately.

I'm having this problem too. I just registered this account a few days ago. I registered Dragon Age: Origins and then did all of the EA account related stuff, and it's been a few days and it still tells me that I have no player data/profiles uploaded. DA:O is the only game I have played/registered on this account.

Pretty sure we all do. I'll be sure to post something if I actually hear from the fabled expert team.

"Profile not found
the requested player does not have any Dragon Age data uploaded"

what does that mean?
I get this message when I leave my game via "player profile" "on line profile"

My characters have been up loaded though.
also why is there is such a problem connecting to the "Dragon age servers" ? I also keep getting bumped off during my games which is a problem if this occurs during a scene change.

Today is a holiday stateside; Jeff and Jesse will most certainly be in Canada, where they follow a unique schedule compared to our own hpliday calendar, but they won't likely include visits in here as part of their day today. You'll do much better to seeks assistance from the Game Advisers at EA Help.

I played origins before DA2 and it didn't upload the info. Then I had an issue with my login and had to change my email and now despite all my games having the new email address as the login, it shows the OLD log in name on the website and it still doesn't upload the information. *Points at the name Isairis over my pics head* that should no longer be there. *bangs head on keyboard*

Same problem here as well. I just purchased the Ultimate Edition of Origins from "Origin," and can't access any of the dlc OR see my profile. I've been searching all weekend, and it seems this problem dates back a while as well... So very close to giving up
