Thanks! I ran the diagnostic tool and it fixed something, and now the DA-Updater service is running, I launched the game and one of my saves, changed gear, saved again, but so far - nothing. I'm leaving the game on for now to see if it is just a delayed action. I'll keep you posted in about an hour,
So, no. Nothing changed, Still nothing updates, and when I try to access my profile from the game I still get this announcement:
I didn't have the content updater running either, very odd because during previous installs it was always installed, but this time I downloaded the game from Origin, maybe that has something to do with it. It's been installed thanks to that tool, thank you.
My player profile exists but my characters aren't uploading, so I hope this fixes it soon.
It can take several hours or more before characters will start to show up, especially now since so many people are trying to get their characters up. Also, don't leave the game running. You have to close DAO before characters will upload, from what I've seen.
If you go to the old BSN and click the "Profile Diagnostics" button, you can see if any characters are uploading at all. If they aren't listed there, then something else is still wrong.
If you don't know how to find that, go here:
Click your name in the top-right corner. That should take you to your profile. Click the Games tab, then click on your DAO player profile link. On the page that leads to, you should see the Profile Diagnostics button over on the left. Any characters currently in the process of uploading should appear there. Like I said though, if they aren't, then some other issue is causing problems.

For achievements I'm not 100% certain if those that were previously unlocked will show up. Has anyone been able to confirm that?

I have no idea why, but my achievements finally updated. Anyone else that's been waiting for their own to update, you might want to check again.
Yes my achievements also updated today. The ServiceDiagnostic Tool also fixed the problem with my characters. All my characters now appear in the BSN and will be updated.

Syncing is disabled. No profiles will work
I have not had an update on origin in almost a year now don't know why they stopped uploading but DAO;DA2; all DLC,ME1;2;3 and NFS games have all stopped uploading. only games I played 2 or more years ago are listed on profile.
on my origin profile it said last updated 2years ago.
Make sure console isnt enabled. for origins (when syncing returns) make sure the dragon age service is running.
Log into the games with origin account too

then clicking on DAO from my games menu I just get a blank screen

Yeah. That used to be the problem. I'm now curious if someone at BioWare can check the account to make sure it's OK.

i'm having a problem too. In my case, whenever I click MY GAMES, DRAGON AGE ORIGINS - PC, screen just shows white
