All I can suggest is the standalone character creator if you want a custom character that won't upload from the 360.

I would also recommend posting in the Dragon Age Keep section. They have some helpful guides for people having problems.

I seems to be having the same problem with the persona, as my DA:O was uploaded to my account after my DA2 stuff.

 

 

Having contacted EA, however, I was told to "not worry" about the issue and that the only way it was going to be fixed was with a new patch that could come "in a few weeks"

 

So much for that then.

Profile Not Found

The requested player does not have any Dragon Age data uploaded. 

 

 

 

It is so sad my profile never upload and I make too character and finish the game... + I even uploaded screen shot please fix the broken upload

Hello everyone, I'm also experiencing that Warden syncing problem and would gladly appreciate any possible help.

The core of the problem to my mind is that if I try the profile diagnostics  in the BSN I get "Invalid persona/game combination" error. That problem is common for those who used to play DA: O on consoles, but the thing is that I don't own one. Although recently I've discovered that my EA account does have like 3 personas. One is named TeoShi9, the other is named DragonAge_11299886 and the last one is SHIRAMARU, which if I remember correctly is the one I used for NFS World rather long ago. Still not sure that's the case. Also I've contacted a game advisor. He suggested that I shoul clear the Origin cache which I did, but it didn;t seem to help since almost 12 hour has passed and yet there's no effect at all so I thought that someone here might know how that issue might be fixed.

Hello, I'm also getting the invalid persona/game combination error in Profile Diagnostics.

 

I was told a moderator could change my "persona" or whatever this is.

 

I want to upload my data to Dragon Age Keep, but my warden simply won't show up there. Can anyone help me, please?

Hey Folks. I have an issue that many are having, but with some addition variables that I have not seen others talk about. I am having trouble syncing my Wardens to the BSN. I recieve the typical error message saying that I have not uploaded any data:

 

Profile Not Found

However, my screenshots sync fine and my save data from my Hurlock Vanguard recently showed up in the BSN. As such, I suspect that my issue is somewhat different than that which is affecting the folks from this thread (the DA2 persona issue): http://forum.bioware...r-profile-help/ . I have only played the DA2 demo so I am unsure if that would lead to the DA2 persona issue. I have also tried the various troubleshooting steps shown on this website: http://www.princesss...troubleshooting . I have made plenty of space for data and I removed character files that had errors. The only files still there are my old Warden files from 2010, my screenshots, and my new hurlock vanguard data. I have done everything suggested except uninstall/reinstall the game. Again, I had originally assumed I was having the same issues as everyone else. However, the fact that my screenshots and Hurlock Vanguard data was uploaded makes me think that I might be experiencing something different. I have already sent messages to Jeff and Jesse, but I know they are busy people. Has anyone had similar issues and been able to resolve them? Any help would be appreciated.
