The odds of reaching a Game Adviser with a working brain are apparently worse using eMail than when using the Live Chat, if you live where Live Chat is an option for you.

What I did was use the Live Chat to explain my issue and so that it would be registered. Then, every week after that I would leave a note, "Still unresolved; no contact from expert team." Two weeks later I got an email from a rep apologizing for the delay and saying they would escalate my case. Because of the holidays I decided to hold off on leaving further notes until yesterday. Now it's back to leaving notes once a week so they don't close my case.

Same problem here. Ultimate Edition - Steam Copy.

The game seems to be working fine. I registered it without issues, all DLCs are installed automatically and are working fine, I just get the infamous "Profile Not Found. The requested player does not have any Dragon Age data uploaded."

I did play DA ][ Demo before registering DA:O-UE copy though, if that has any significance.

I talked with a EA game adviser few minutes ago. He told me that known the problem, and they are working to fix it as soon as possible.

Yesterday I've redeemed a code for a DLC... the code worked fine, but since my game profile doesn't seem to "exist", I can't download the file. I am starting to get a bit angry.
I am from Italy, so I can't use the EA-USA page. Is there a way to contact these people?

For Dragon Age 2?

I'm almost through DA:Awakening then I will start Dragon AGe2 and I thought about DL all DLC's for my Dragon age 2 .... geeez I dont know If I dare to DL any DLC now.

@SweQue: no, a DLC for DA:O. I've just (2 minutes ago) finished DA:O and still I am unable to load my profile or to see the link for the DLC. I'd like to buy some DLCs, but since I am unable to download them, I am not even trying! I don't want to waste money. :-/

I've written to EA last week... Still no answer. I am a bit... disappointed. To use a very "soft" word.

An issue where people were getting the "Profile not found" error, when trying to sync/view their DA:O data has been fixed. Please try clicking the "sync my profile" link again and let me know if it works or if you are still having problems.

There is still an outstanding issue where if you played Dragon Age II before playing Dragon Age: Origins your profile still may not sync.

Well, I am even unable to see the "sync my profile" button on this site. It's there for Xbox and PS3 (that I don't have) but not for the PC game (that I have). It's a bit strange... :-/
What should I do?

Yeah, EA Support has me on standby since early December. Hopefully, their "expert team" will contact me some day.

I checked my profile again, and i have the same problem. Only show the achievements.

I did a player profile diagnostic and in character box appears this:

Error Code 1000 - No characters were found in your online storage.

Your profile appears to be working or at least it did at some piont.  If I go to http://social.biowar...&nid=2335249918 I can see you have 1 character named Ayvlis.  As for new characters they don't appear to be uploading from the game.  Can you try going into Dragon Age: Origins and manually uploading a screenshot?

The "sync my profile" button is only there if your profile has never been synced.  If you visit your profile it will trigger it to be queued for syncing again, which usually happens within 10 minutes but can take up to an hour.  Redeemed codes/DLC can be seen on http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

Avvlis has been created as a test something like a year ago (I have DA:O since 2 years, so I tested it for checking the DVDs were ok, but I've never played it before about a month ago). If you look at those data, Ayvlis is level 1, but I finished the game last Sunday: of course not with that character.
All the new characters have not been uploaded.
I've tried to upload many screenshoots, not just one, also a hour ago, before posting my previous message. It didn't worked :-(
About the DLC, in the link you wrote there's the exact name of the DLC for the code I redeemed... though in the "download" column, it is written "---" Neither I am able to download it in the game menu (I don't even seen it as available for purchasing, in case something could have gone wrong with the code! [no, the code worked fine, I received the ok message from this site. It is just the download that doesn't appear anywhere)

@OdanUrr & @Logan Track - You both have the same issue of the persona name generated by DA2 is too long for DA:O to work correctly. 

I could update the persona name to be shorter but we have not fully tested what the impact of this will be.  You would still be able to play both DA:O and DA2, along with your DLC, however there could be some unexpected errors or strange behavior with your current DA:O save games, DA2 save games or uploaded DA2 character data.

If you want me to fix this for you send me and Jesse.Reid a PM saying that you are aware of the risks and want us to fix your persona.  This applies to anyone who played DA2 before DA:O.

Are you using the same email to log into the game as you do to log into the BSN?  What error do you get when you try and upload a screenshot?

Some DLC is only available for downlad through the in-game menu.  For troubleshooting DLC this thread has a lot of useful information you should try.

What would happen if you just deleted the persona and created a new one?

@ Jeff: yes, the same email for the game, bioboard and whatever else related to videogame.
I don't get any error. I click on the images, I click on "upload selected images" (free translation from my language) and then... nothing happens. (I'm trying again in this very moment)
My problem with the DLC is that its title is not even shown in the game menu (though I can see other DLCs enlisted). If I can't see the DLC title enlisted there, how am I supposed to click on it for downloading? :-/

PS: due to time-zone, I'm going to bed in 15 minutes. So, in case, I will see any message posted after 15 minutes only tomorrow.


EDIT

Oh, by the way, in the in-game interface for uploading screenshots, I can only see the images in the "achievements" and "story" sections. Even if I have  many pics in my "user" folder, the in-game interface doesn't show any.
