October 23 Multiplayer Balance Changes Delayed

- Some composition changes to Geth and Cerberus waves 9, 10, and Extraction on Bronze/Silver.
- Some Geth Hunter and Geth Prime nerfs across all difficulties.
- Some buffs to Drell and the original Turians.
- One of the more highly requested kits is being released...

By preview, did you mean that all the listed things are the sum total of the changed and that they simply will be detailed, or that there be more things to come such as "Collector rebalancing on Silver and Bronze?"
There are many balance changes. I only listed a few.

We have a lengthy process for any live update to ensure proper testing, and it would take too long to do it twice in a week.
