Is it a client or network related issue?
This has been an ongoing issue for months now and a lot of us are affected by it. Why hasn't this been addressed yet? You have to even acknowledge this problem. I did not started experiencing this problem until a recent patch. It started after release of the Earth DLC and it's gotten consistently worse ever since then.

Finally! Someone making sense for once! Ever since Earth was released, the load times are just horrible. This game loads slower than a dead man.

tonight i even got stuck 3 times on a loading screen while joining a lobby. The team could see me in lobby but i couldn't get passed the friggin loading screen.
had to close the game every time.
that's besides the 5 times i couldn't join a lobby at all ! getting stuck in the lovely "joining game" message that stalls and doesn't even let you cancel it.
