FEELING FREUSTRATED? POST HERE! This topic will hopefully become a list of the various issues that are being completely unresolved and ignored. I intend to message and e-mail Bioware staffers until we get a response using this topic as evidence for all that is wrong with EA Bioware support at the moment.
Personally, I have found Dragon Age II DLC to be completely broken with no work around as well as being completley locked out from Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer with no help or solutions provided or even the very least of communication from EA Bioware.
Hopefully lets get noticed guys!

my ME2 face didnt import properly into ME3, EA tech 's solution was to delete all my game files for that game.
so i have no ME save files anymore, nothing for ME1, nothing for ME2, and im not going through those 2 again just to play ME3 DLC.
my journey with ME3 didnt end with it being a medicore game, with a terrible ending.
it was Tech support and their obvious inability to know there own shortcomings.

posting stuff in the tech support forums wont get any responce as its user to user help service not staffed by bioware or ea

So short of pirating a game I bought, has anyone figured out how to fix this issue ?

So, my question is this, and it goes to BOTH EA and BioWare:
When are you guys going to fix it? HUH?!?! It's clear you guys dropped the ball on us, so when are you going to pick it up again? HUH?!?! WHEN?!?! And don't give me any of that corperate "We're working on it" BS! Please, just give us a time table... Put down SWTOR for 5 minutes and help these nice people that keep you in business!!

if you want to get some exposiure on this issue you need to post it in one of the main forums like multiplayer discussion

That's just another fine example of BioWare's ****** poor support for this game.

The support section of this site is useless. There are almost no responses from the BioWare team; even a "we are looking into this" would be better than the total silence of most threads.

You can only imagine how I feel.

so.. since i'm not gonna get any mass effect help here from bioware.. can any bioware or EA rep tell me if mixing chocolate with strawberry ice cream is a bad idea or not?
Seeing as how you wont get any response from either I would suggest that's a good idea. Fresh strawberries dipped in melted chocolate go down a treat so don't see why the 2 flavours of ice cream shouldn't as well.

Oh, no - It's Awesome! Some ice cream companies go so far as to put strawberry chocolate and vanilla icecream in the same container and sell it as 'Neopolitan'. It was the first 'Ice cream cake'.
