So the lack of repsonse to genuine issues within Biowares games has been becoming worse and worse. Now I find it almost impossible to interact with anyone working at Bioware and EAs help chat centre is frankly useless, staffed with people just typing from a script with no actual knowledge.

FEELING FREUSTRATED? POST HERE! This topic will hopefully become a list of the various issues that are being completely unresolved and ignored. I intend to message and e-mail Bioware staffers until we get a response using this topic as evidence for all that is wrong with EA Bioware support at the moment.

Personally, I have found Dragon Age II DLC to be completely broken with no work around as well as being completley locked out from Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer with no help or solutions provided or even the very least of communication from EA Bioware.

Hopefully lets get noticed guys!

I have written via snail mail directly to the CEO of EA in the US. Will have to wait and see if anything comes of it. Note that I have only raised issue on being unable to connect to EA servers for ME3. Suggest we try to stick to facts. For example it is possible to play ME3 without DLC as long as you start a new game. Trying to load and play a game from when you were able to connect to the ME3 EA server will not work. I haven't even tried to go back to other EA games like Dragon Age. Not sure I can face that right now.

I do. The fact that they still haven't resolved the slow loading menus/slow server response time and various other network related issues is a prime example of that poor technical support. These issues started after the release of the Earth DLC and have become much worse since then.

Yup. Haven't been able to get into multiplayer since the 12th and it sure is getting ridiculous. Out of the eight EA 'support' people I've tried to get help from, only two were halfway decent. And still my problem continues.

bought ME like 4 days ago... can't play any DLC without going offline first.. and i'll probally never get to play the multiplayer...Now i'm like.. i might as well just download a multiplayer crack.. so i can play the damn game..if i get banned.. i just go back to not being able to play it.. which i'm already used of..technical support has no answer they haven't given hundreds of other people that have had the same issue and still have it.. For once.. game politics aside.. i wish an EA or bioware rep would just reply with an honest answer..doesn't evne have to be a good one.. it could be "Sorry kord.. but we just don't give a f###!" it would be better than the robotic traditional responses they are giving that don't fix anything.. and they aren't even actively responding to the tagged threads..

I do think their Technical support is very poor. I'm still unable after a month to play ME3 due to failing online connection to ME3 servers. I contacted all the technical support through emails, livechat and BW forum. Absolutely pointless. I'm still unable to play a game i payed for. I won't be buying from EA until they improve their tech service.

yeah its a joke.

my ME2 face didnt import properly into ME3, EA tech 's solution was to delete all my game files for that game.

so i have no ME save files anymore, nothing for ME1, nothing for ME2, and im not going through those 2 again just to play ME3 DLC.

my journey with ME3 didnt end with it being a medicore game, with a terrible ending.
it was Tech support and their obvious inability to know there own shortcomings.

if you want to get some exposiure on this issue you need to post it in one of the main forums like multiplayer discussion

posting stuff in the tech support forums wont get any responce as its user to user help service not staffed by bioware or ea

I agree, haven't been able to play the goddamn game for a week now. I've got the common "Can't authorize DLC" BS, I only have Extended Cut and Earth DLC, btw. Why do I even need to authorize free DLCs ? Haven't received any answer from EA "help" center other than the usual platitude. Worse part is that ME3 isn't that good either, don't get me wrong it's not a bad game, but certainly not the "perfectest game evar" the hype media said it was.

So short of pirating a game I bought, has anyone figured out how to fix this issue ?

Tech help? TECH HELP?!?! HA!! Yea, I've been having an issue that I believe MAY have been caused by a faulty update... I've noticed it like yesterday when I tried to play ME3... and Others have had similar issues for longer.

So, my question is this, and it goes to BOTH EA and BioWare:

When are you guys going to fix it? HUH?!?! It's clear you guys dropped the ball on us, so when are you going to pick it up again? HUH?!?! WHEN?!?! And don't give me any of that corperate "We're working on it" BS! Please, just give us a time table... Put down SWTOR for 5 minutes and help these nice people that keep you in business!!

That's just another fine example of BioWare's ****** poor support for this game.

What support? You mean that thing where BioWare have basically stuffed us all in a corner to solve our issues amongst ourselves?

The support section of this site is useless. There are almost no responses from the BioWare team; even a "we are looking into this" would be better than the total silence of most threads.

I did some observations regarding my connection with the servers. I am now quite certain that the only time that I can play ME3 MP is between 4AM to 9:30AM (yes, it's that precise).

You can only imagine how I feel.

Seeing as how you wont get any response from either I would suggest that's a good idea. Fresh strawberries dipped in melted chocolate go down a treat so don't see why the 2 flavours of ice cream shouldn't as well. ;)

Going on a month since I haven't been able to connect. I'd try the DNS thing, but my computer won't let me, for God-knows-what reason. I am so frustrated it's unbelievable.

Oh, no - It's Awesome! Some ice cream companies go so far as to put strawberry  chocolate and vanilla icecream in the same container and sell it as 'Neopolitan'. It was the first 'Ice cream cake'.

I'm getting very tired of disconnects from the server from other machines. It's been almost a month and I still cannot connect from my main machine (which could connect just fine before retaliation patch). Went through hours with their tech support, put my machine on dmz (no other machine in the house needed to do this) even from 3 other isps though and on the other machines i get disconnected often from the ME3 servers or stuck at the join game/loading screen. Very tired of this.

Do me a favor and post in my thread since nobody from the dev team seems to bother to read this ****ing section of the forum.
