[Genraku]

Earlier today I had redeemed the code, downlaoded, adn isntalled the Warden's keep, Stone prisioner, Collector's edition, Blood dragon armor, and Da:J unlockables, But now just 3 hours later it is saying I no longer have these authorized. I have my Authirzation code for each of these unlockables but the game no longer seems to recognize them.
the only thing I've done regarding ea or bioware products in the last 3 hours has beent rying to linkmy bioware account to my ea account,  and when it sends theverification email it says the code is invalid.

This is especialyl annoyign since I JUST BOUGHT the warden's keep.
on top of that it no longer recognizes my Copy as collector's edition.
Is there a way to fix it so it gives me abck my DLC?
How do I fix this?

I just had the same thing happen after the game crashed for me. Now I can't load my saved game or resume it. The ability to keep on playing would be nice.

On another note, the Dragon age "help site" advises makign sure to log in with the account this content was enabled under, and I am logged in on that account, I only have the one account I use for dragon age, I did not log out either during teh rpocess fo unlocking the DLC
Edit: It also doesnt explain why jsut the collector's edition, stone prisoner and warden's keep content would be disabled but the Blood dragon and Dragon age journeys items would remain enabled

I'm having the same issue in terms of logging in with the account used to enable the additional content. I just have the one. I've logged out and back in a couple of times to see if that would work, but nothing. Now I can't load my saved games.

I had the hardest time just getting the DLC to download, now that i haved and played for a few hours yesterday, it won't let me resume my game cause it contains premium content as they call it and that i have to be logged in... I put aside an MMO for this starting to be headache game, and gonna put it where it belongs... in the dump
