Ones that I don't think I've seen mentioned...
I always try to distract friends on voice chat. If we're on Hydra, I'll spend ages staring at the birds, and telling everyone to come over here. On Rio, I try to point Christ the Redeemer out to people. If we're nearing the end of an early wave, I'll go over to the edge of the map, and go "Look! It's Jesus! On a hill!"
Trying to get my teammates to join in is the only deliberately odd bit. Looking at the scenery is because I sincerely enjoy it.

Additionally, I theme my characters' names by class. Sometimes, rather too elaborately. All of my adepts have names that can also be towns. So there's Delphi, Kingston, Waldorf, the Asari are called Sydney and Adelaide... and the punchline to this is that one's called Staines. Points if you can guess which name belongs to which species.
The soldiers have rhyming, rhythmic or catchy nicknames. Like stage names. Jet Pack Jim, Murray the Claw, Fred Metal, etc. Engineers used to be named after different wizards, but I changed them to minor Fallout characters. Moira Brown, The AntAgonizer... Primm Slim is my personal favourite. Sentinels have stereotypical names from different countries. The turian is called Pierre, the Krogan's Gunther... and I was running out of countries by the time I got to the Vorcha, so he's called Tezcatlipoca.
Infiltrators are named after the funnier halves of double acts. So they're Agent Merchant, Agent Mitchell, etc. etc. And Vanguards? They used to be named after Apprentice candidates. I think they're characters from Greek mythology, now? Ajax, Theseus, etc.

I know that statistically, I can't be the only one that does wierd stuff in MP.
What qualifies as wierd?
Well, I've named all of the classes I play as as major characters. My default Human Adept is Jack. Asari Adept is Liara, Volus Engineer is Barla, Batarian Soldier is Balak, and etc.
I also sing when I play.
My brother does the names - except he tends to go for the most ridiculously minor characters he can think of. One of his quarians is named Lia'Vael, after the one who was accused of stealing the Volus' credit chit.
And yes, I sing a lot. I sing a lot anyway, it's kind of my default setting, so I'm struggling to remember any particular songs. Usually just making it up as I go along. "I'm batarian, I'm a little batarian, I'm an englishman in new york" is something I was singing yesterday. And I must have a volus song. Probably something along the lines of, "I'm your volus, I'm your fire, your desire?" I don't really recall, it's more automatic than that. Not reflexive, but idle - it's not like I'm going "I'll sing a song now," or trying to come up with puns. It's the aliens' powers or their names that remind me of songs.

Whenever I'm playing an Asari I rapidly dash side to side between waves, even though it's draining my barrier.
Yep! I do this too. I usually dash in square shapes. One day I'll try to write my name before the next enemies arrive.
ETA: Ohhhh! And I take Combat Engineers
very personally. If I catch them starting to lay down a turret, I will drop whatever I'm doing, and run headlong at them, firing all of my powers to try and catch them before they can place it. Often yelling "NOT TODAY!" Again, this is... completely automatic. It's a reflex. "No, you don't!"
