Have played and added mods to DA origins for a couple of years.
Purchased DA Awakening and installed successfully, can play it.
Wanting to add mods to  Awakening but there is no DA2 folder in the Bioware folder in my Documents, the DAO folder is still there but there is no DA2 folder any where on my computer,  no DA2 addins folder to put mods in.

below is the DAO mod path
C:\\Documents and Settings\\Adrian\\Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\AddIns
as i understand it the Awakening install should have added a DA2/Awakeing folder in Bioware
am i missing something or has something gone wrong.
Regards all

Adrian.

Dragon Age Awakening is an expansion to DAO. Many (but not all) of the mods for DAO will also work in DAA. Any DAA-specific overrides are installed in the same location. (Something like \\My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\packages\\core\\override) As with DAO, DAA mods that use a dazip installer will install to the \\Dragon Age\\AddIns folder. (Installing DAA does not create new Awakening-specific override or AddIns folders.)

Dragon Age 2 is an entirely separate game, and when installed, it will create a folder hierarchy for its mods, similar to that of DAO. DA2 mods will not work in, or affect, DAO/DAA.
