I'm pretty lousy with any non-Vanguard class or playstyle that requires being at close range. Even with Krogan I'm much more effective when I've got some distance between me and the things that are trying to kill me.
Oh, and Volus Adept. The Orb debuff is wonderful and all, but I have no idea what I'm supposed to do during that ridiculous cooldown time besides cloak and hide.
Kits you fail pathetically with

N7 Shadow and N7 Paladin. I just keep dying with those two.

Drell, always try to Bruce Lee myself through the waves, just because it looks so damn cool. I die trying horribly though...

Drells are the worst for me. By far my biggest weakness in this game is taking cover and avoiding gunfire, and Drells offer no forgiveness in that area. I even find myself going down a few times a match on Bronze. Just can't do it right.
I also don't do well with the Paladin. I can do OK if I play several matches in a row with it, but for some reason I just can't instinctively get the hang of the way his powers work together. This results in me thinking too much instead of just reacting when I play, which makes me a step slow, which makes me dead.

I was excited to unlock the N7 Shadow recently until I realized how much I sucked at it.
I generally feel awkward with the more, er ... bulky classes/races. Krogans and Turians are really slow and feel awkward when you're not used to playing as their classes. Especially when you play mostly as Asari or Human. I like being able to have that mobility.
Consequently I often play as a support/kill it from afar class.

Max out all melee damage, take bonus power in TC.... Two shadow strikes while cloaked = dead pretty much anything (aside from bosses). Also, make sure you're out of sight when you you cloak + shadow strike, otherwise they will sometimes magically turn 180 degrees and punch you in the face before you even get there

Unless I use Acolyte to strip off shields/barriers, I feel like i can't do much of BE.

Vanguards, only on gold, because I am worried I am going to get sync-killed and leave my team a man down.
I also fail as the Demolisher, though its probably one of the easier classes to master, she is just so squishy which is weird, since I do fine with other squishy characters.

The Slayer. Both his Phase Disruptor and his Biotic Charge will lag, leaving me standing there like an idiot mashing the "charge/PD" button for a few seconds. In Gold, those few seconds with no shields/immobile is more than enough time to die. This happens no matter how good my connection is (it's pretty damn good).

As fantastic as he is, I cannot seem to master the N7 Slayer. A shame too, since he is one of my favorite characters.

With the notable exception of the Vorcha (and to a lesser extent the Paladin) up 'til know I have been a big fat failure at Sentinel class kits.
This is part of why I'm looking forward to the Volus Sentinel and its Combat Drone plus Decoy combo. Once it is released I will have a Sentinel kit I can rock with.
EDIT: Correction! Now that Valkyrie is released I have a Sentinel kit I can do pretty well with. Still looking forward to Volus though.

Drells and Female Quarians...I haven't put in the time to get any good with them, but I also feel like other kits accomplish the same basic idea more effectively.
Also N7 Fury. Not sure I "fail pathetically," but I sure don't seem to do nearly as well as others.
