wanted to re-sub before all F2P break lose upon use and tried to set up the paypal option.

I can see my paypal account have the sub active but I was not charged,

tried to post on swtor forums > can't post if sub inactive
tried to chat via browser > no chat
tried to send email > no answer!
tried to check faq and stuff > nothing usefull
tried to call swtor support on the phone > after hour and a half still no answer!

I'm not going to continue with this crap 5 more minutes and I'll block them on paypal and that's it they won't have my money.

after one hour and 30 minutes waiting on the phone I closed the call and blocked them on paypal. such a customer support crap mean I don't purchase their service.
