Furthermore, why nerf Supply Pylon? It's not like people can hold a position for more than a second anymore. Dragoons and Bombers still exist unaltered, so Supply Pylon's viability was already low.
As far as the enemy nerfs go, what does the hit reaction bit in the Geth Hunter section entail? Are we 'reacting' more to their attacks? Does this mean more staggering? Clarity would be nice.
I honestly feel like most of this missed the mark on what the problems where.

- Base frequency for spawning ammo increased from 15 to 17.5 seconds
- Base frequency for spawning grenades increased from 20 to 24 seconds
By frequency, do you mean period? Frequency is measured in Hz, or cycles per second (1/s), period is the inverse of that, measured in seconds. I guess you could mean frequency in a non-technical way as just "how frequently they're dropped", but then in that case increasing the frequency would mean making them drop more frequently. Thank you, I'll go back to calibrating things now. Or, more likely, checking out the new snowstorm on firebase white.

- Fix Krogan Shaman's shockwave. Or whatever it is that doesn't make him able to detonate BE properly. It destroys the point of the character, pretty much.
ctually I noticed a very, VERY strange thing with my Shaman yesterday. I thought I was going through the famous biotic blank bug or perhaps the famous shockwave bug on PC, but...
I warped a Centurion, ran into melee range and hit him with shockwave, melee'd him to death.
I looked down at the kill feed. Julian Skies [Biotic Explosion] Assault Tropper. There was an Assault Trooper, now dead, beside him.
I was the only biotic in the team.
For some reason I was detonating invisible biotic explosions?
I wonder if there are other cases of invisible detonation?

On the other hand, given that Collectors are still overpowered (not really complaining, just saying), Geth are still bugged, and Dragoons are still simply retarded, I hope that the character nerfs stay to a minimum until all the above are properly fixed/balanced.

That's not a meaningful debuff for the geth. Hint stun locking to death does not equal good or fun gameplay.
The Demolisher and Destroyer debuffs were unwarranted (in fact they were downright lousy). Was the intent to vanilla them to death/unplayability?
Where's the increase to the Drell shields to a normal value? There's still nothing to balance out their half shields.

The changes for Dragoons won't really do anything to stop them from running too fast while constantly spawning on/near an objective to spam whips.
Killed N7 Destroyer's Devistator mode. Increased shield penalty for a skill that always shoots floors/walls? What character that is actually useful do you plan to make worthless next?
Ruined the Demolishers supply pylon? Why? It was perfectly balanced. Way to kill another class.

Destroyer still among the most powefull character. Drell never needed shield increase, if you think so, you don't play them enough.
Geth Prime lost his magic-poping turret, and that is great in itself. Plus, Hunter was nerfed, so read first.

No, it's a double negative. It actually gives you the option to increase your shields. Before you could reduce the 50% penalty by 25%. Now you can reduce the 50% penalty by 40%.
Quick Math Quiz! Does the Evolution 1 option give a net shield reduction of 10% (that's 50 - 40) or 30% (subtract 40% of 50%)?

Well, they decreased magazine size. It's been a while since I used the PPR on the destroyer; does it not increase mag size on the PPR? I thought I remembered it did.
