I have a few Kits I have yet to Unlock that were in the Vanilla game and was wondering can I save up some credits delete my dlcs buy some PSPs and get those kits then reinstall and still have the DLC kits unlocked or will I have to start from scratch when i redownload them?

Youll still have them unlocked, they are saved on the server (Or whatever) so when you re-install you get your unlocked kits back ^^
