Would anyone be interested in working on a project where you can save a 'look' from your current pc and be able to later switch to it immediately? It would save all the body parts and colors to reapply later on command. I found this on the vault as a starting point but it's not really what I'm looking for....

Thats a cool idea. Although i can not fully commit to this right now, I do have time to talk about it and share ideas. That said, I have considered implementing something like this in Arnheim.

First leading question/ suggestion: Do you use PC Skin for storing Data? For these kinds of things, I recommend that as it follows the character file around.

    This is exactly what the quick appearance change tool I'd posted in the player customization challenge does.

  Sinfar ended up taking that concept and making it into a chat based system, likely using the database to store them.

  I actually revised the script for the qac tool the other day, I'll put the updated version of it up, it'll be the same address as in the link from the challenge.

Looks like Failed.Bard beat me to it. I have an old system similar to what you describe, where the PC's appearance can be saved and later reapplied, but it wasn't very optimised so I would have needed to re-write it.
