both of my char dont have a disply pic or avatar? can this be changed what am i not doing lol.

O k I had this problem and how i solved it was to look at my documents bioware characters files and find the character i need and open that folder you should have 4 items in it a save file which looks like a folder then a picture of you pc, a txt page, and a picture of your profile. Highlight these three without highlighting the folder then copy and save them into the Premade characters folder which should be about four or five down from the character file in the same tree and paste them in. They will automatically go in alphabetically. Once you have that done close it and open the game and log in load the game then save it. and the next time you go online it should be there.



It seems like it is updating from the original character creator faster then from the in game creator.

You need the background black, make sure you're connected to xbox live when you make your character. If you do this and it still doesn't work try deleting the char from this site and reload the char.

I made a new character after opening the recommended ports on my router and the pictures came up for it. Now I'm going to delete my first character and see if it comes up when I come back on. Keep you posted glitter

Lmao don't delete your character looks like it is gone forever. This site explains how to port forward you will need to know the type of set up you have thats all.

wont let me do that cuz i need a login and password which i do not have.,.... so any other way to configure it???

password is usually, user name = admin , password = passord unless you have changed or it will be in your manual in your install folder for the modem/router whatever it is. No other way sorry

I have deleted characters from here, they do reappear to the site but so far I have had no luck in the avatar responding except for one of the characters which was one of three original chars made of the 6 in total. The first 3 loaded fine and the last 3 did not.

What does the router have to do with this by the way ppl?

It was recommended by the dragon age help section to have certain ports open for this game and it may help with this problem
