First of all, EVRERY TIME, I start ME3 Multiplayer and search for a game I have to restart Mass Effect 3 because I lose connection. It happens every freaking time. AND I MEAN EVERY!!!!!!
Second of all, after every match, FREAKING EVERY, I lose my connection and I have to restart Mass Effect 3.
Third of all, during every other gameI lose connection in the middle of the match.
The above said is so annoying that I can't even find words to describe it. Not after 7 months. I have contacted ea's help center so many times that I stopped counting after the 20th. The same goes to xbox live support. The last nail to the coffin was when I receiced the last mail from EA, apologizing that my case (which concerned a technical issue on connection) was overlooked by a technical issue. Do you get the IRONY??? Of course they did not resolve my problem, but offered that I start a new case. WTF!!!!!????
You see, I was ignored on these forums, ignored by the moderators, ignored by ea. I don't know what to do or say to make them notice me.
I need some help Bioware, because of a TECHNICAL ISSUE I can't play your, already ending broken, game. Multiplayer is what keeps this PRODUCT alive and I want to play it. I paid for it and I want to use it. I don't care anymore about the quality, I just want it to work!!!!!
So please Bioware send me a tiny e-mail, confirming that you have read about my TECHNICAL ISSUE and would do sth to help me.
EDIT: Oh and yes, I also loose my connection to XBox Live, but it's not Xbox Live's fault as it happens only when I play ME3.
